So, this morning I had a lovely little arm surgery to remove a cyst, so this will be short and sweet as I’m not supposed to really be typing much today. BUT!
I wanted to alert y’all to the fact that a) spooky season IS COMING (or, as the Happy Sorceress would say, it’s a lifestyle, in which case it’s HERE) and b) Mr. & Mrs. Witch is on sale for just $2.99 in ebook and I’m not sure for how long! I suspect only a limited time though, because this is the soonest any of my rom-coms have been put on sale.
So you should grab it! And, if you like it, tell a friend. Or if you already liked it, tell a friend to snag it now!
The more is that as we enter a season of higher health insurance deductible and legal bills, in which I’m still playing catch up on my deadlines, and with the fragmentation caused by Twitter’s continuing implosion, I’m going to be using Substack a lot more. I know my original thinking on this was no paywalls. And I promise that you will always get news like this or on new projects for free, and in fact, there will always be at least one free post per month. But I’m going to introduce some subscriber only content too, very soon, on a weekly basis, because I do begin to see how creating a reader-supported space like this makes sense and specifically for me.
I’ll be telling you all more about what that will look like going forward, and I’m sure we will have some trial and error, but there will be a consistent schedule and so if you want to go ahead and become a subscriber, please feel free! I want to grow this community so I always have a place to find and talk with my community. D’oh. Speaking of subscribing, though, you can get 10% off through this link (and I will always have a way to help out those who just can’t afford it). AND if there’s something you would love to see here from me, please sound off in comments or replies.
But, for now, back to elevating this cleverly concealed wound.
(It is a huge lumpy business for all to see, obviously.) Also back to plotting the end of the late book.
More soon, dear readers,
Gwenda
